- Biennial Report: $25, filed every two years. Due: July 2 every two years: even-numbered years if incorporated in an even year, odd-numbered years if incorporated in an odd year.
- First one: July 2 of the second calendar year after the incorporation year (the next year with the same odd/even parity).
- If you're late: Late fee penalty applies to reports postmarked after August 1; failure to file can lead to involuntary dissolution.

Worth knowing
- Reports are biennial, not annual: $100 for domestic LLCs/corps, $200 for foreign, $25 for nonprofits.
- Report year follows formation-year parity (even-year formations file in even years).
- A separate state business license ($50/year or $100/2 years) is required to do business.
- Foreign entities pay double the domestic biennial report fee ($200).
