Worth knowing

- Corporation formation fee is 0.1% of authorized capital with a $50 minimum.
- Name reservations are cheap ($10) but last only 60 days.
Registered agent
Oklahoma requires a registered agent. Must maintain a registered agent with an Oklahoma street address. You can serve as your own agent if you have a qualifying address; paid services usually charge a yearly fee.
